Megavouno taverna open

The Megavouno (big mountain) Taverna is now open.
For anyone who does not know this Taverna, it is on the road from Agia Efimia to Dendrinata on the left hand side (2 kilometers from Agia Ef.
It is now owned by a local family who live in Dendrinata.
A few of us tried it last night, the views from inside are spectacular. The service was very good, food is fresh local produce,exellent value, wine is only 5 euro a litre. A very friendly welcoming atmosphere. The Taverna opens evenings only from 6pm, it will also open through the winter using the indoors area, complete with log fire.
This is more of a traditional Greek Taverna, it is well worth a taxi ride from Agia Efimia or a short drive in a hire car if you fancy something a little different whilst on holiday.
